| Welcome Home Package |
We will ensure the home is ready for your arrival by adjusting the temperature, uncovering any covered vehicles, assuring exterior lights are on if you arrive late, and bringing in any packages, grocery deliveries, or other items you’ve ordered. We will make sure power, water, and utilities are working properly. We will also ensure your internet connection is running, phone lines are working and remove any trash or perishables from the fridge. This package also includes one coordination service, including the following: coordination of transportation from the airport back home. |

Headed away? Not a problem! We will ensure the home is safe and secure for your travels. We will make sure hose bibs are disconnected and trash and perishable food. This package also includes one coordination service, for one third-party vendor, including, but not limited to, cleaning, carpet cleaning, window washing, or any other third-party vendor work needed through our trusted vendor network. |

| Pet Care While Your Away | Are you going for just a few days and cannot take your pet? You can coordinate daily visits to your property to check food and water, allow the pet outside, etc. | Hourly Rate $85 + Vehicle Fee $40 |
| Wait Services | Has a utility company, internet provider, phone provider, or delivery team member asked you to wait an unspecified amount of time for services at your home while you’re away?
